Order Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has officially shipped.
- Please note: High-volume sales periods or unexpected courier delays may slightly extend processing times.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer flat-rate and expedited shipping options to fit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3 to 5 business days (Free on orders over $150).
- Expedited Shipping: Delivered within 1 to 3 business days (Rates calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address).
Discrete & Secure Packaging
We value your privacy. All Dab patches are shipped in secure, plain, and unbranded packaging. The return address or external labeling will not explicitly mention the exact contents of the package, ensuring your delivery remains completely private.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier\’s website.

Shipping Restrictions
Due to evolving state and local regulations regarding specific botanical or dietary products, we cannot ship to certain jurisdictions.

- If we find that your shipping address is located within a restricted zone, your order will be canceled immediately, and a full refund will be processed.
Missing, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
Dabpatch is not directly liable for products damaged or lost during transit if the carrier marks the package as successfully delivered.
If your tracking information states your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors or contact the carrier directly. If your package arrives physically damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and reach out to our support team at info@dabpatch.com immediately so we can assist in filing a claim.
